The purpose of this workshop is to increase your range of communication styles and reach higher awareness of one’s approach with others. We invite you to gain valuable knowledge about your preferences, needs and biases in the workplace by using a qualitative and renowned tool: DiSC.

This workshop incorporates the Everything DiSC® Workplace assessment, facilitated discussion on style strengths and limitations, and group activities to relate, recognise and adapt to other styles.

After completing the questionnaire, you will discover your DiSC profile (D, I, S or C) that will help you understand your basic needs at work, your personal expectations and the way you interact with your colleagues, often without being aware.

During this stimulating and thought-provoking afternoon you will gain new awareness, be able to play to your strengths more effectively and identify potential gaps.

• Gaining the knowledge to develop strategies for more successful workplace relationships
• Getting deeper understanding about yourself and other’s styles to increase collaboration between team members
• Interacting with others more effectively by engaging them tapping on their distinctive styles
