Inspiring Women Leaders Workshop - After Metoo: Fierce Grace
Location

Collectively learning how to confront discrimination and harassment
Sexual harassment and discrimination happen to many women at some point in their career, but usually they do not talk about it. Often for good reason. But if women do not share their experiences, they cannot learn from each other and be prepared. Award-winning researcher, consultant and lecturer in business ethics, Dr Bettina Palazzo, will lead this workshop to provide women with a tool box of effective defence mechanisms in order to stay fierce, confident and graceful in the face of inappropriate behaviour.
1. Use the power of storytelling to share your experiences of discrimination and sexual harassment, learn from one another and unite forces;
2. Explore powerful strategies of smart defence and assertiveness that will put the culprits in their place without turning them into your enemies.
Note: This workshop will take place exceptionally on 13 September 2019.
Our next edition of the Inspiring Women Leaders course will be held on 3-4 October 2019.
