Why we think leadership training matters
Globalisation is expanding who we can work with, technology is changing how we can work together and a turbulent geo-political landscape is dividing the world we live in. In today’s environment, sustaining peace, security and stability is demanding and complex. Recurring and emerging issues interconnect and require collaboration across the whole of society.
We must all increasingly think, connect and collaborate across boundaries and adapt to remain relevant in a landscape of multiple actors and challenges. Yet prevailing beliefs about leadership are siloed and often linked to distant authoritative roles or functions, causing many people to not see themselves as capable of leading. As a consequence we are experiencing a leadership deficit and a lack of trust in the traditional role of ‘the leader’.

What is our leadership training methodology?
Our blended learning approach means that you will actively participate in expert-led virtual workshops twice a week and take advantage of both self-paced and social learning opportunities.
Sessions are participative, engaging and applied, leveraging expert insight with learning with and from a diverse group of talented peers. Action-learning design is used so you will directly apply practices and give and receive feedback from peers on your own and others’ leadership challenges. You will practice influence and leading, starting from where you are.
We provide open-enrolment leadership courses for individuals, customised solutions for organisations and through leadership in collaboration with partner projects.

What is leadership training and development?
Answer: Leadership and management training courses are specialized programs designed to help you learn new leadership techniques and refine old skills to run your team, including assertive communication, motivation methods, and coaching. Where does the leadership course training take place?

Do I get a certificate after the GCSP leadership training course?
Answer: Yes, only upon completion of the entire course and attendance of all the modules and at the discretion of the course director. If you complete the course, you will receive the certification.
Is the certificate of the GCSP leadership training course accredited?
Answer: Yes. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a GCSP certificate accredited by EDUQUA and ISO. The GCSP achieved ISO 9001:2015 Organisation certification in 2020, ISO 9001:2015 is an international quality label that specifies the requirements for a quality management system within an organisation. The certification is obtained following audits based on a number of quality management principles, including strong customer focus, management motivation and commitment, a process approach, and continuous improvement. Obtaining an ISO 9001:2015 certification ensures, inter alia, that GCSP customers obtain consistent, good-quality products and services. The GCSP was also first awarded EDUQUA certification in 2017. EduQua is a quality label for continuing education institutions recognised and supported by the Swiss government. Certification is awarded following an external audit that focuses on clients’ needs and satisfaction in the following areas: course portfolio, information and communication, course design and delivery, qualifications of teaching staff, quality management system, and leadership.
