A keynote speech with Mr Sergei Ryabkov, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation.

The Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the Office of the United Nations and the other International Organizations in Geneva and the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) are pleased to invite you to a discussion with Mr Sergei Ryabkov, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation.

Ambassador Thomas Greminger, Director of the GCSP will introduce the event, after which Mr Sergei Ryabkov will deliver a speech entitled "Strategic stability and the state of arms control". The speech will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience.

You can join us online or in-person at the GCSP premises in Geneva. Seats for the in-person event are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. A COVID certificate is mandatory to attend the in-person event. The GCSP strictly respects the COVID-19 restrictions put in place by the federal government of Switzerland.
