Legal Resilience in an Era of Hybrid Treats
A Conference on 'Legal Resilience in an Era of Hybrid Treats' is taking place on 8-10 April 2019 at the University of Exeter.
Irregular forces. Cyberwarfare. Fake news. Foreign electoral intervention. In response to these hybrid threats, states are working on resilience measures, including legal resilience.
To explore the utility of legal resilience as an analytical and policy framework for countering the legal challenges presented by gray zone conflict, hybrid warfare and lawfare, a conference on 'Legal Resilience in an Era of Hybrid Treats' will be organized on 8 to 10 April 2019 at the University of Exeter. We would like to invite you to join us.
The Conference is co-organized by the Geneva Centre for Security Policy in collaboration with the Exeter Centre for International Law, the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats and the Lieber Institute of the United States Military Academy.
