The Leadership Human Library is an event where real people are on loan to refaders for a personal conversation. The workshop is designed to build a positive framework for conversations that could challenge leadership assumptions through dialogue. Like a regular library, the Human Library has a book title and description, and a “reader” can check out “books” on topics that they might be interested.

How does it work?

The event is an interactive networking initiative using the human library methodology. Participants will have the chance to read a book (have a conversation with a leader) for a limited time.

A diverse group of leaders from all around the globe, with different backgrounds and a wide range of experiences, will be part of a book catalogue available to be booked for 15 min slots. Suggested topics will be provided and also book summaries.
