Leadership Embodiment is practiced all over the world, from the Silicon Valley to small communities in South Africa. Leaders practicing embodiment techniques say that they are more resilient and have the capacity to deal with paradox and difficult situations with more balance and ease.

They are able to access creative abilities with confidence and integrity, even in situations of conflict and under stress, by developing centered, powerful leadership. Wendy Palmer developed the techniques based on key learnings from the non-violent martial art of Aikido and mindfulness.

We offer 2 modules. Module 1 is an introduction, the same as the workshop offered on 18 March 2019. Module 2 is the next stage for participants who have taken Module 1.

Module 1

Understand the Neuroscience behind the impact of stress on your body,
Have a clear understanding of your own reactive stress patterns and learn how to recognize them early on,
Learn how to coach yourself to shift into a more centered state so that even under stress and pressure, you can choose

Module 2

Learn how to speak with inspiration in challenging situations,
Practice how to recover your centre in the face of resistance,
Explore how to shift dealing with adversities (like bureaucracy, difficult people and unexpected situations) from a dread into a dance.

Price: 175 - 20% = CHF 140

If you want to register for the two modules, you have to pay 175 + 140 = CHF 315.
