Crisis in Gaza: What Implications and Future Scenarios for Egypt and Jordan? – An Alumni Event
An Alumni Regional Security Conversation
The ongoing crisis in Gaza has profound implications for regional stability, international relations, and humanitarian efforts. It has far-reaching consequences beyond its immediate geographical boundaries. Two countries significantly affected by the developments in Gaza are Egypt and Jordan. Both countries must navigate a complex landscape, balancing internal pressures with regional and international dynamics.
Understanding these implications provides a broader perspective on the conflict's impact beyond its immediate geographical area, highlighting the interconnectedness of Middle Eastern politics and the delicate balance each nation must maintain.
This panel discussion will bring together GCSP Alumni and experts from our Alumni & Community Hubs Jordan and Egypt, covering diverse fields, to analyse the implications and consequences on the neighbouring countries, explore potential future scenarios, and establish a regional platform for exchange.
