25 Years of the GCSP: Ambassador Fred Tanner

We had the chance to speak to Ambassador Fred Tanner, the former Director of the GCSP and current Senior Advisor at the OSCE Conflict Prevention Center. We asked him about the post 9/11 security landscape which was the geopolitical situation during his time as director at the GCSP. We also discussed European challenges and opportunities.
