Today, young people across Europe are facing diverse challenges, Leadership education in all its forms can serve as a catalyst for empowerment and change. The Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), with the support of Movetia, hosted a training involving 30 change makers, from 18 to 30 years old from 10 different countries: Switzerland, FYROM, Netherlands, France, Latvia, Spain, Greece, Germany, Romania, and Estonia. During 7 days they gained leadership skills and practical knowledge in order to enhance their political, social and personal awareness competencies.
