Sally Avery joined the GCSP in 2025 to serve as Head of Finance in charge of maintaining and developing cross-departmental fiscal accountability. Reporting to the Executive Director, Sally’s role is key to the success of the Centre’s global platform. Bringing with her an extensive professional background in Auditing and International Accounting & Finance, Sally previously worked in the private sector as Senior Finance manager for Tupperware Products INC and most recently as Head of International Accounting for a German-based start-up. In addition to being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Sally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology and Chemistry from the University of Sheffield.
A native of the United Kingdom, Sally is fluent in French and an avid baker.
