His expertise in building strategic alliances and navigating complex geopolitical landscapes is highlighted by his tenure as a Special Presidential Envoy to Greece and Cyprus and an appointed Venezuelan Ambassador by the National Assembly.
Previously, Eduardo held pivotal roles in the corporate sector, including Regional Director for Latin America and Global Publishing Chief Strategy Officer at Wargaming, a late-stage videogame startup and as an Associate at Xiaomi in Sao Paulo. His proficiency in economic analysis was further honed during his service as an Economist for Latin America at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Associate Researcher at Cedice.
