Amidst the growing discourse on multipolarity, intensifying geoeconomic competition between the United States and China has sparked economic, technological and military divergences. This has led to a gradual fragmentation of critical technology supply chains along with increasing friction in global trade. At this juncture, trusted partnerships, securitization of technological innovation, and resilient supply chains have become the cornerstones of emerging tech partnerships. In recent years, India has proactively championed tech diplomacy to strike new partnerships amid rising instability and uncertainty.

  1. What are the opportunities and challenges inherent in India's growing technological prowess and its implications for the wider world?
  2. How can India and the world leverage tech diplomacy to navigate the risks caused by the current instabilities and uncertainties?
