25 years GCSP: Thank you for celebrating with us!

During a visit to the Maison de la Paix on 16 September 2020, LTG Süssli gave an interview to the GCSP Digital Amplification Team. In his statements, he provided his personal impressions of the Centre; and explained how the balanced impact of the COVID-19 pandemic broadened his own perception of security. Education is a central issue within the Swiss Armed Forces, and Süssli described the importance of life-long learning and GCSP’s contribution to this goal. He also discussed the importance of creativity in problem-solving and illustrated many of the positive contributions that serving women in the military bring. General Süssli’s interview is further testimony of the continued constructive relationship between the Swiss Armed Forces and the GCSP.
